TERMS OF SERVICE FOR PLATANO GROUP STORES REPRESENTING MAXMARA AND MARINA RINALDI

This agreement contains the complete Terms and Conditions that apply when visiting and/or making a purchase at Platano Group's MaxMara and Marina Rinaldi physical stores. By shopping in-store, you agree to comply with the terms outlined below. This agreement supersedes all prior agreements, representations, warranties, and understandings related to your in-store purchase. Platano Group may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time without prior notice. The latest version of these terms is available in-store and will apply to all purchases.

Platano Group offers various payment options, including Visa, Mastercard, and Amex. Payment must be made at the time of purchase unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Platano Group reserves the right to refuse or cancel any transaction. In case of pricing errors, Platano Group reserves the right to correct the price and either offer the customer the option to proceed at the corrected price or cancel the order.

Once a purchase is completed in-store, all risk of loss or damage is transferred to the customer. Platano Group ensures that all products are in perfect condition upon sale, but it is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the safety of the product after leaving the store.

At Platano Group, we strive to provide high-quality products and excellent customer service. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, returns or exchanges are allowed within 14 days of purchase. The item must be in unused, unworn, and undamaged condition, with all original packaging and tags intact. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

Please note that items on sale or marked as “final sale” cannot be returned or exchanged. To initiate a return or exchange, customers must bring their receipt and the product to the store where the purchase was made.

Prices displayed in-store represent the full retail price. We strive to ensure all product descriptions and prices are accurate, but errors may occur. If an item is found to be priced incorrectly, Platano Group reserves the right to correct the price or cancel the transaction.

All rights, titles, and interests in trademarks, trade names, logos, and other intellectual property displayed in MaxMara and Marina Rinaldi stores are owned or licensed by Platano Group. Customers are prohibited from reproducing, distributing, or otherwise using these materials without express permission.

Platano Group respects your privacy. Any information provided to us in-store is used solely for the purpose of completing your purchase and will not be shared with third parties without your consent, except as required by law.

Platano Group monitors all transactions for fraudulent activity. Any suspected fraud will be reported, and all necessary legal actions will be taken. The customer will be responsible for any costs arising from fraudulent activity associated with their purchase.

Failure by Platano Group to enforce strict performance of any term or condition outlined in this agreement does not constitute a waiver of any of our rights or remedies.

This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Georgia. Any disputes arising out of or relating to this agreement will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Georgia.

Platano Group reserves the right to amend these Terms of Service at any time. Updated terms will be available in-store.
